Allegiance Rapid Claims

Do you know where your claims are?

ARC

About

ARC was created from a need for a faster, simpler way to file auto warranty claims. At Allegiance Administrators we saw an opportunity to make life better for our claims adjusters (who process claims) and for the service advisors at remote dealerships (who report claims).

For more help in getting ARC installed see our ARC Installation Guide.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • Q: My Mac says ARC is from an "Unidentified developer". How do I install ARC?
  • A: Apple recognizes developers who deliver apps through the App Store, which ARC does not use. This is a common issue. We have created a detailed guide in the ARC Installation Guide that will help you get ARC installed. You will have to manually open the DMG and application once. After that automatic updates will happen in the background.
  • Q: ARC says there is a new version. Do I need to download the new version here?
  • A: Once you have ARC installed on your system it will download updates automatically in the background (AKA autoupdating). To install the updates you just need to restart the app (close all windows to exit).
  • Q: Can I use ARC?
  • A: If you work for a repair center that services Allegiance contracts, then yes, you can! Contact us to get user accounts.
  • Q: You're an American company; will ARC work in Canada?
  • A: Yes, it will work for Canadian as well as American dealers!
  • Q: How much does it cost?
  • A: It doesn't cost anything. In fact, it saves time, which saves you a headache and saves your company money.
  • Q: Is the software available for daily use?
  • A: ARC is currently still in Beta and is being shared with select partners as we finalize the functionality.
